Network Infrastructure Manager (Voice, up to SVP)

An established international bank is looking to hire a Network Infrastructure Manager who will be managing the data and voice network solutions. This is a senior and strategic role for their APAC office.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
* Design and implementation of solutions based on the bank's standards
* Ensure resilience and availability of the network particularly the voice network infrastructure
* Work with the global team in network deployment and implementation projects
* Maintain a structured service delivery and operations methodology that insures global consistency throughout the enterprise network
* Serve as an SME for one or two areas of the network including in voice engineering

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

Knowledge and experience on the following technologies:
* Cisco Unified Communications Manager / Unity Express
* Cisco Unified Call Centre / Cisco Packaged Contact Centre
* Cisco Call Manager
* Call logging tools
* Call recording tools such as NICE
* Trader Voice and Voice Trading Systems - IPC, BT, Speakerbus, et al

Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies and services including:
* Routing and switching
* Data centre networking
* Transport Services
* Network Security --- firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems
* Proven track record in network delivery / management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking skills
* Experience within the financial industry preferred
* Relevant certifications (voice certifications a plus)
