A Leading Japanese Medical Devices MNC is collaborating with Real Staffing to conduct a search for a suitable candidate to join them as a Commercial Manager ANZ

Job Title: Commercial Manager ANZ

Location: Australia (Sydney/Melbourne)

The Commercial Manager ANZ would be responsible for driving the Direct sales and distributor performance across Australia for the company. He/ She will also be working closely with the HQ in Singapore to drive sales and marketing efforts around the region

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with distributors to monitor and drive sales performance
* Create sales/ marketing events and engage distributors as well as customers in such events
* Work with regional HQ and Global HQ to create and execute strategies that would be able to drive sales performance in the Australia Market

The Successful Candidate:
* A minimum of 5 years of hands on Sales/ Product Management experience within the Medical Devices industry
* A minimum Bachelor's degree. Any background in Nursing would be advantageous
* Experience in working with both direct sales as well as distributors
* Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment
